Great Gear, Good Value

My ZWO orders always arrive quickly, just like when I picked up the ASI174MM Mini a while back. This time around, I grabbed some Narrowband Filters and everything is exactly as expected for quality gear. I do wish they offered a few more individual product sales instead of mostly site-wide events, but the bundled pricing is still decent.

Great gear, easy to get started

The ASI6200MM Pro is awesome and getting it set up with the ASIAIR support was straightforward.

Fast shipping, good camera

I bought an ASI120MM Mini. It arrived in 6 days, which was pretty quick. The camera works well for guiding. No issues so far.

Decent price, slow shipping

I was looking for a new guiding camera and saw the ASI120MM Mini was on sale. The price seemed fair, especially with the discount, which made it more affordable than some competitors. Checkout was a little clunky; it felt like too many steps. My main issue was the shipping. It took nearly three weeks for the camera to arrive. I understand these things can come from far away, but it felt a bit long. The camera itself works fine, just as expected for guiding. So the value was there, but the wait was a drag.

Good ASI2600MC Pro camera

I bought an ASI2600MC Pro. It arrived on time. Camera works great for my deep sky imaging. Setup was easy enough. Happy with the purchase, no issues.

AM5 mount and power adapter

I ordered the AM5 Harmonic Equatorial Mount and a Power Adapter for ASIAIR. The ordering process was pretty straightforward on the site. Shipping took about two weeks to get to me, which was a bit longer than I hoped for, but it did arrive securely packaged. The mount itself is solid and works well, very happy with its performance. However, the power adapter had a slightly loose connection initially, though it still functions. Customer support was helpful when I asked a technical question about the mount's setup, they responded within a day. Overall, good products, just minor hiccup with the adapter and delivery time.

Got the ASIAIR Plus

So I finally caved and got the ASIAIR Plus. It's pretty cool, makes my whole setup way easier to manage. Everything connected up without a hitch. I was a bit worried about the software side but it's actually pretty user-friendly, even for someone like me who's not super techy. Definitely worth it for streamlining my imaging sessions. Happy with how it's all working out.

Seestar S50 is amazing

Oh my gosh, I just got the Seestar S50 and it's incredible! I can't believe how easy it was to set up and start seeing galaxies. The app is super intuitive. I've already taken some fantastic pictures. Seriously, you NEED this. I'm going to tell everyone I know about it. Definitely shopping here again!

Good for deep sky imaging

I ordered the ASI2600MC Pro during a holiday sale. The ordering process was smooth enough, though I had to double-check my cart a few times to make sure the bundle discount applied correctly. Shipping took about 10 days to reach my address in California, which was within the estimated window. The camera arrived well-packaged. I've used it for several imaging sessions now, and the quality is excellent. The cooler works as advertised, keeping the sensor well below ambient. Setting it up with my existing ASIAIR Plus was straightforward. I had a quick question about plate solving in a new location, and customer support responded to my email within 24 hours with a helpful tip. Very satisfied with the purchase and the overall experience.
